Our ALL-INCLUSIVE Package INCLUDES:

  • Your choice of venue
    • The Loft, located on the first floor or
    • City View, located on the third floor
  • Our Event Planning Team will assist you every step of the way
    • During the planning stage, our experienced event planners will answer your questions, connect you with vendors, coordinate all of the details, help you design a perfect floor plan, and keep your planning on schedule.
    • On the day of your event, a manager and additional staff are present to make sure the event runs perfectly.
  • Our in-house DJ and Emcee will coordinate your song selections and keep your event on schedule.
    • You can create a playlist and a do-not playlist for our DJ. 
  • Our Floral and Design Team will consult with you to create your dream floral design.
    • Operated by a two-person design team with decades of experience in the wedding industry, they cover everything from fresh floral needs to rental centerpieces and decor selections.
    • DIY decorations are allowed. There is an optional add-on to have our team set up.
  • Tables are included for all of your setup needs
    • 6′ round tables for dining
    • 8′ and 6′ rectangular tables for dessert displays, cards and gifts, escort cards or table numbers, coffee stations, or party favors
    • Cocktail tables around the dance floor and bar area
  • Seating for your guests and wedding party at the ceremony and reception
    • Custom bride and groom chairs for the head table
    • Chiavari chairs in black for dining
    • Padded white folding chairs for comfort at the ceremony
  • Table linens are included and will be placed by our set-up crew
    • We offer black or white linens for each size and style of table
    • Table runners and sash wraps are available for an additional charge
  • Lighting throughout the venues enhances the mood
    • Party lights around the dance floor
    • Uplights placed on the floor to enhance the exposed brick
    • Elegant chandeliers throughout the venues
    • Edison lights overhead and behind the head table
  • Other amenities
    • Soft seating includes four full-sized couches in each venue
    • A personalized photo montage on large venue TVs
    • A wedding planning webpage to upload your details as you work through the process
    • A preferred catering list and other preferred vendors are provided so you can select your favorites.
    • We offer convenient, FREE parking for your guests. Our venues are located right off 131, just two exits south of downtown Grand Rapids. For safety, we allow guests to leave their cars overnight.
    • Additional Liability Insurance is not required. We have you covered with our policy.
  • Event Timeline
    • Venue packages are for 5 hours
    • Additional hours can be added for $350 per hour
    • The event must end at or before midnight per the city ordinance
    • DIY begins at 12:30 pm on the day of the event. Or hire our team to set up your decorations for you.
    • After the event, clients have an additional 45 minutes to collect personal things from the suites and DIY items.
  • Capacity
    • Our two venues can accommodate up to 300 guests for a reception-only event or 225 guests for a ceremony and reception.

Hosting your ceremony at Studio D2D makes for an easy transition for your guests right to your reception. There is no downtime, zero issues with travel delays, or difficulty with weather, which means more time with your friends and family.Rest assured that all of the details are handled so you can enjoy your wedding day.

With this package, you receive:

  • An additional hour before your reception making your event 6 hours
  • Access to our bridal suite for preparation starting at 12:00 pm (early access for an additional cost)
  • An additional suite for the groom and groomsmen to get ready
  • Ceremony pre-planning with our event planning team
  • Ceremony rehearsal (1 hour) for the wedding party to review all of the details with your coordinator
  • A day-of coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly. Outside coordinators are welcome in our venues.
  • Studio D2D’s DJ/MC handles processional & recessional music
  • White, padded wedding chairs for your guests
  • Gift table, guests book table, unity/sand ceremony table with linens included
  • A sound system including wireless mics for your officiant and readers or singers (lapel or handheld)

Guests flow directly into cocktail hour after the ceremony, giving you time to take pictures. One location makes for a seamless transition.
