    • The Loft, located on the first floor

    • City View, located on the third floor

  • Event Planning Assistance:  Included

    • Our experienced Event Planning Team will guide you every step of the way

    • Coordination of details, vendor connections, floor plan design, and scheduling

    • On the event day, a manager and additional staff will ensure everything runs smoothly

  • In-House DJ & Emcee Services:  Included

    • Included in your package to coordinate song selections and keep your event on schedule

    • Create a custom playlist and a “do-not-play” list for the DJ

  • Tables & Seating:  Included

    • 6′ round tables for dining

    • 8′ and 6′ rectangular tables for dessert displays, cards & gifts, escort cards, or party favors

    • Cocktail tables around the dance floor and bar area

    • Seating for all guests and the wedding party at both the ceremony and reception

      • Custom bride and groom chairs for the head table

      • Chiavari chairs in black for dining

      • Padded white folding chairs for comfort at the ceremony

    • Included for all tables, set up by our crew

  • Event Timeline:

    • Venue package includes 5 hours of event time

    • Additional hours can be added for $350 per hour

    • The event must conclude by midnight per city ordinance

    • DIY setup begins at 12:30 PM on event day, or hire our team for setup assistance

    • After the event, you have 45 minutes to collect personal items from suites and DIY decor

  • Capacity:

    • Up to 300 guests for reception-only events

    • Up to 225 guests for ceremony and reception combined

No travel delays, no weather concerns—just more time to enjoy your special day with family and friends. Our team takes care of every detail so you can focus on making memories.

Ceremony Package Includes:

  • Extended Event Time – An additional hour before your reception, making your event 6 hours

  • Bridal Suite – Separate getting-ready spaces for each wedding party, located on different floors.  Available starting 9:00 am – Included

  • Groom’s Suite – A private space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready – Included

  • Ceremony Pre-Planning – Work with our event planning team to perfect every detail – Included

  • Ceremony Rehearsal – A 1-hour session with your coordinator to review the details – Included

  • Day-of Coordinator – Ensuring everything runs smoothly (outside coordinators welcome) – Included

  • Professional DJ/MC – Handles processional & recessional music – Included

  • White Padded Chairs – Comfortable seating for all guests – Included

  • Essential Ceremony Tables – Gift table, guest book table, and unity/sand ceremony table, all with linens – Included

  • Professional Sound System – Wireless microphones for the officiant, readers, or singers (lapel or handheld available) – Included
