Getting Ready at Studio D2D Event Center
Everyone arrived at Studio D2D and our team ushered them into their dressing rooms. The ladies were in our front bridal suite by the Loft Venue, and the guys were able to use our new groom’s room down the hall. Ashley had a gorgeous lace gown, and we loved the blue and burgundy that she pulled in with her bouquet and bridesmaid dresses. Getting a peek at the amazing Moroccan outfits Ashley and Jay chose for the reception was so exciting…having to wait for the evening to see them wear it was tough!
Jaymie, our Tux Manager, worked with Ashley and Jay remotely to choose all the tuxes and accessories because they live out of state. Everything really turned out amazing, and we were so glad to be able to work with them to get it all taken care of!

Sneaking a First Look in the City View Venue
Since our City View Venue wasn’t booked, our photo team, Natalie and Nicole, snuck Ashley and Jay upstairs for a private “First Look.” The amazing natural light of our third floor venue along with the exposed brick walls and rustic wooden beams is a spectacular backdrop! The photo girls snapped away for a few moments, and then slipped off to allow Ashley and Jay some time alone together. After a bit, they jumped into the rest of the pre-ceremony photos, and then it was time to prepare for the ceremony!

A Loft Venue Ceremony
Ashley and Jay had some really unique elements to their ceremony. They had special readings, and a musical duet, and then together they planted an olive tree using soil from both of their native countries.

Bridal Party Photos Downtown
Natalie and Nicole tried to get the bridal party onto the Blue Bridge for photos, however, it was also Prom for about a million teenagers (okay, slight exaggeration?) and so they ended up using the Blue Bridge for a backdrop instead. Ashley and Jay were able to sneak down below the bridge for some photos alone, and then the bridal party walked to a gorgeous mural “In Our Element” by artist Ruben Ubiera, for fun photos.

A Loft Venue Reception
Laughter was the best way to start this reception, and there was lots of it after toasts from Ashley’s dad and maid of honor. The entire evening was lighthearted and fun, with a set of cornhole boards set up in one corner of the venue! During the dancing, Ashley and Jay put on their Moroccan outfits and the guests enjoyed our Late Night Pizza service!
Kangaroo Kitchen did a fantastic job with dinner, and Distinctive Catering provided the Bar Service. Nothing Bundt Cakes made the whole world happy with their little cakes (and completely amazing that they left a box of treats for all the D2D staff as well)!

All the Best from Studio D2D!
Ashley and Jallel, we were so happy to be a part of your wedding day!
